Fly the Coop Retreat with The Hens Den

“Fly the Coop Retreat”

Come play with The Hens Den at the Dancing Bear Lodge at Mt.Rainier. This is our first annual retreat and we would love to have you come play with us. Here are the details:

Date: April 19^th to the 21^st (check out is at 11am on the 21^st)

Location: Dancing Bear Lodge at Mt Rainier

Time: as early as 9 am Friday to 11 am Sunday

Cost: $180 to $275 for the weekend.

PAYMENT: All payments must be posted/paid by March 1st. Any cancellation after that date will not be refunded as we will be charged the entire amount of your stay. If you have paid and cancel prior to March 1st you will be refunded less 10% of the booking fee.

Meals: All meals will be provided including fresh water, coffee and tea. You bring your own snacks and special beverage. Is it important to let us know upon your reservation if you have any special dietary needs.

Special: Tee Shirts - “I Flew the Coop” 2013. Please state your size when you place your order. You will receive a free Tee Shirt with our logo on the front and "I flew the Coop" on the back. Our thank you for playing with us.

Smoking: This is a smoke free facility

Pets: This is a pet free facility

Supplies: Bring your own scrapbooking supplies and projects and enjoy new company or old friends. Please bring a heat gun and if you do not have one, I am sure someone will share. You will be playing with grunge board and you will need a heat gun for the project.

Tables: We will have at least a 4 ft working area for every scrapper. You will need to clean up at the end of your stay and leave your room and work area nice and neat.

Sleeping arrangements: Most rooms are double occupancy, twin beds or queen futons and there is one private room with a King bed. You can select your sleeping preference when you register on line at www.TheHensDen.com. Look for “Fly the Coop Retreat”.

Facility amenities:

Hot tub – bring your bathing suit if you want to relax

Fire pit – if the weather allows, you can enjoy a nice fire. We will watch the weather and plan accordingly

Entertainment: if you want to take a break from scrapping, there are game boards, pool table, puzzles, x-box games. There is free Wi-Fi for those of you who have to have internet but the cell reception is limited.

Toiletries: Please bring all of your own supplies, including your own towels for the hot tub

Grocery Stores: There are stores on your way to the lodge, so stop and get what you need before you arrive.
